California regulations require us to disclose this policy before you pay anything, so it appears in full at checkout as well as here. If anything below is unclear, ask us before you buy.
If the course is not what you needed, email us within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to justify the request, send us documents, or prove how much of the course you watched. If you have already been issued a Proof of Completion, see below.
If the course is unavailable when you try to start it, or a technical failure on our side prevents you from studying and we cannot fix it promptly, you are entitled to a full refund. California regulation guarantees a refund of all fees within 30 business days when an approved vendor fails to deliver a scheduled course; because our course is online and self-paced, we apply that guarantee to any failure of ours that prevents you from starting or continuing.
If we cancel our approved course of study, every student who has paid for a course they have not completed receives a full refund within 30 business days of the cancellation taking effect, as California regulation requires.
Once we have issued your Proof of Completion, the course has been delivered in full and the certificate is a state-recognized document we are required to keep a record of for two years. We cannot refund a completed course after the certificate is issued. If you complete the course and then find you were not eligible for the course type you bought, contact us — we will move you to the correct course rather than leave you without one.
Email us from the address on your account with your name and the course you bought. We reply within one business day and issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
We will not ask you to prove how little of the course you used, and we do not cap this guarantee at a few minutes of video.
